Your definitely getting better. The eyelashes are nice, but I'd tone the length of them down a bit (maybe a lot) lol
Just imagine how long those would be in reali life. they'd be like claws. OR TALONS! O:

Also, the boobs. They need to be affected by gravity, and for me, I wouldn't make them a double D rack.
Delete the obscure details on the stomach. add more hair to the hair (as in make it hair, not a solid object.

and your shading, (especially around the boobs) needs to be better at creating the 3D feel of it.

When you shade, just make sure to really think about the ins and outs of your drawing. Think about it 3 dimensionally.

The knees (if that's what they really are) are incredibly small and disfigured etc.

Her feet are also really misplaced, making it seem as if her legs have become broken which if so, her face does not show enough pain.

The skirt is PRETTY bad. It's flat. and the shading on it is unrealistic.

You also have no background, but to make it even worse you made a solid color with HIGH saturation.

Are you trying to kill everyones eyeballs? Tone that shit DOWN.

Wow! Really spectacular man. Really liking all the colors you got on here, and as usual your a boss at city backdrops and perspective.
Only thing I can suggest is maybe to give Chihiro some pants that hug her skin, to show off those girly curves.

Somethings messed about his face. It'd take too long to identify it all and explain it, so just maybe study facial structure.

Or maybe that's how he actually looks. I don't know what Rambo looks like from imagination, so you might not be wrong.

I gotta say...

Her upper arm is too long. and the exaggerated lump for her elbow isn't too appealing. The shading on her left foot also makes it seem like the side of her foot is on the ground. Kinda odd.

The colors are nice though, I'm liking that. :D

I'm not sure what you mean by her left foot, but the rest I can see what you mean. I had to put the elbow, I was trying to copy proper anatomy, which was undermined by the length of the upper arm XP
